Our mission at Hot Indian Foods is to add a little spice to peoples days. We want every person who eats with us to take away something fun, memorable, and meaningful: perhaps you cant stop thinking about the Spinach Paneer Indurrito you just devoured, or maybe you saved an entire dollar by busting out an awesome Bollywood dance move you didnt even know you had. Whatever you take away from the experience is up to you... but making you want to come back for more is our responsibility. We started with our bright orange food truck in 2013 and have since expanded into three restaurants and a stall at Target Field, all with the hopes of making Indian cuisine less intimidating and more approachable for a broader audience. Our menu will always be centered around simplifying Indian food. Hence, the Indurrito (Indian Burrito) and Indi Frites (Indian-seasoned Fries) as our signature items.
