Housing Opportunity Development Corporation (HODC) is a community-based nonprofit developer of permanent affordable housing primarily serving Chicagos northern suburbs. Our goal is to develop, manage and preserve the stock of housing that is affordable to low- and moderate-income people. We do this by developing both rental and for-sale housing through both rehabilitation and new construction. We serve families, seniors, persons with disabilities, individuals and local workers.
