HPLF Mission: Through advocacy and fundraising, the Houston Public Library Foundation supports the Houston Public Librarys wide range of initiatives with particular emphasis on its neighborhood libraries and their community programs.HPLF is a 501(c)(3) organization. The Houston Public Library Foundation focuses on increasing the Houston communitys awareness of the vital role our Houston Public Library plays in its quality of life.
