The original concept of HR ONLY was born out of two needs: to provide human resource departments with HR expertise on an as needed basis and to provide non-traditional career paths for HR professionals. As simple as our original concept was, it has evolved into a regional service organization, which provides not only human resources search and staffing services, but also innovative solutions and strategies including HR consulting and outsourcing. On February 1, 1997 HR ONLY merged with the nationally respected human resource management company, Barrett Business Services, Inc.
