HRidaya-The HR Club of IIM Sambalpur

HRidaya provides a platform for HR enthusiasts to hone their skills and increase their knowledge base. We facilitate the understanding of the HR domain through academic and extracurricular activities, and build industry-relevant HR skills in the student community, and bridging the existing gaps through training and development. We conducted a debate competition, which gives an ideal pedestal for people to share their views on a variety of topics. We also conducted Rachnakar The Article Writing Competition and SAMviksha 3.0, our flagship event, on a national level which invites HR enthusiasts from B-schools around the country to showcase their HR Management skills by solving the complex situation that HR Managers may come across while performing their duties.
