In 2004, civil engineers and friends Jay Huebner, Nour Shehedeh, and Antonio Quevedo decided to combine their technical talents as well as the well-established relationships they had developed over time with private developers and municipalities all over South Florida and pursue an opportunity to build their own civil engineering legacy.
