Hudson Moody are an independent firm of estate agents in York, specialising in residential property for sale and rent in and around the City of York. Our aim is to provide a professional yet approachable service offering sound advice whilst embracing dynamic marketing techniques. We were originally established in 1996 in Micklegate in York city centre, and now have a South Bank office at Nunnery Lane, a branch in the sought after village of Poppleton to the north of York, and a personal agent, Alex McClean, based in Dunnington and covering the villages to the East of York towards Pocklington. We are members of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the National Association of Estate Agents, the Association of Residential Letting Agents and a participating firm in the Ombudsman For Estate Agents Scheme.
