Shanghai huizhong automobile manufacturing co., LTD. (herein-after referred to as SHAC) founded on January 11, 1992, is the national level enterprise technology center, Shanghai high-tech enterprise and Shanghai Patent experimental enterprises. It is the 100% holding enterprise of HASCO (Huayu automobile system co.,LTD). SHAC has two R&D centers (Shanghai technology center headquarters, Ningbo technology sub-center), 16 domestic production bases (located in Shanghai, Yantai, Shenyang, Nanjing, Liuzhou, Yizheng, Ningbo, Baotou, Wuhan, Changsha, Foshan, Zhengzhou, Ningde), five joint ventures, and three overseas institutions (North American subsidiary office, Indian subsidiary, Germany subsidiary).
