Human Services Projects, Inc. is a California Non-Profit Corporation formed to provide residential and treatment services to children, adolescents and adults with special needs. The purpose of the corporation is to develop, evaluate and implement human resource programs including, but not limited to persons with emotional or developmental problems and minority populations. The company will conduct ongoing training programs, staff development programs, employment training programs and residential treatment programs. Human Services Projects, Inc. operates under the direction of its Board of Directors, who set policy, and oversee and supervise the Executive Director. The Board is composed of seven professional and or business persons from the community who support and uphold the mission of this corporation.
