Hungarian Meteorological Service

The OMSz - Hungarian Meteorological Service is an independent central institution under the supervision of the Minister for Environment and Water financed by the state budget. The credit of the Service is contained in the budget of the Ministry for Environment and Water under separate title. The service is headed by the President.
