Hurford Salvi Carr was founded in July 1996 in St John Street, Clerkenwell EC1 London by Stephen Hurford, David Salvi and Tim Carr. In 1998 the company opened the Citys first dedicated residential lettings office at One Britton Street, Farringdon EC1. The company acts for a range of private and corporate clients including as the appointed residential letting agents for The Bedford Estates in Bloomsbury. Since 1996 the company has been a driving force of the City Living phenomenon having sold over 4,500 new apartments in over 400 developments, the majority created from former commercial real estate and have played a pivotal role in the repopulation of Bloomsbury, Clerkenwell, Shoreditch, the City and Docklands in East London.
