Our mission is to accelerate the worlds shift away from fossil fuels to green hydrogen by delivering the worlds best electrolyser. Hysata is developing a new type of hydrogen electrolyser. Our technology has the potential to significantly shift the economics of green hydrogen production, bringing $2/kg green hydrogen within reach, and accelerating the global transition to net zero emissions. Electrolysers use electricity to split water into hydrogen and oxygen, and are the key technology for producing green hydrogen. Green hydrogen is widely acknowledged to be a crucial part of reaching net zero emissions globally, with the potential to meet up to 20% of energy demand in a net zero global economy.
