IACX Energy is the premier provider of helium extraction and nitrogen rejection units for natural gas applications across the United States. Its assets are relatively small-scaled, standardized and modular, allowing for the right-sizing of processing capacity at the critical, early-to-middle stages of a reservoir development program. At present, the Company has nine helium units and ten nitrogen rejection units operating across nine states. IACX further differentiates itself in the helium arena by providing marketing services for its produced & refined helium. Helium is a commodity that does not have a posted price for the refined product. As a result, helium markets are difficult to ascertain.
