IAM YOGA PILATES

Yoga is a powerful tool in the development of optimal mental, physical and emotional health and we believe in making it accessible and available to as many people as possible. We have three locations in the Toronto area and offer a wide variety of relevant classes and workshops. Twice a year we offer 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Trainings. We take the practice of yoga seriously. We recognize that you may want to do yoga for physical, spiritual, emotional, mental or developmental reasons. Because of this we strive to create yoga classes and yoga studios that are as fundamentally unique as you are.
