Over recent years the firm has grown considerably in size and from 1 December 2008 we decided to reform as two limited liability partnerships, each covering different geographical areas but jointly trading as Ibbett Mosely. Ibbett Mosely has 13 offices covering Kent, Surrey and East Sussex including offices in London. We also have an assocation with estate agents Howard Cundey adding a further 4 offices plus the Mayfair Office to our coverage. Although perhaps best known for our residential sales and lettings, we advise organisations and individuals on a diverse range of property matters. Our emphasis is to deliver independent professional advice and skilled negotiation. Being firms of Chartered Surveyors is at our roots. We follow the strict code of professional conduct of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We understand that everything we do says something about the type of firms we are.
