IC Care, In-Home Companion Care

IC Care is owned and operated by local Ohio Valley residents, husband and wife, Phil and Stephanie Sauvageot. They cherish their local roots and would like you to get to know a little about them and IC Care. In 2010, Phil and Stephanie had several conversations about starting an in-home care company. Phil is an accountant and owner of an accounting/staffing agency in Wheeling, IC Staffing, which he founded in 2010. He decided to establish IC Care in December 2011 under the umbrella of IC Staffing. Stephanie joined IC Care formally in June 2012. A natural fit, she has been involved in the healthcare field for over 15 years and was a Registered Nurse with Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling and holds both her bachelors and masters degrees in the nursing field. She formulates the personalized care plans for IC Cares clients and is deeply involved in the ongoing assurance of quality of care.
