Indigenous Construction Resource Group (ICRG) was established in 2010 to create employment opportunities for regional Aboriginal communities. ICRG has grown at a stellar pace and as of 2016, has more than $100 million dollars under contract. ICRG provides civil maintenance and construction support to resource companies. What makes us different is our workforce is largely Aboriginal. We have expanded our business to include logistics, electrical, lighting and fixed plant maintenance capabilities. Our business model is focused on joint venturing with Traditional Owner groups to improve Indigenous employment opportunities on Country
