IEEE AIUB Student Branch was established in Dhaka, Bangladesh and is a registered Student Branch under the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), based in Piscataway, NJ, USA. The Student Branch was officially formed in the year 2006, under the supervision of the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), AIUB. Despite remaining dormant for the year 2008, and startng with just a handful of members with minimal actvites, there was a dream.
