IETE Students Chapter BIT Mesra

The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), BIT Mesra Students Chapter, was founded by Dr. G. S. Gupta in 2011 and its founding President was Lakshyya Khaitan. Ever since its inception, IETE has gone from strength to strength providing excellent learning opportunities for students in Electronics and Communication and Electrical Engineering. The club conducts various workshops necessary for building a strong foundation in the core subjects and also provides ample practical experience by means of industrial visits and projects under the mentorship of its senior members. The flagship workshops being conducted includes the Circuit Logic and Design (CLD) Workshop, which caters to the need of understanding the basic concepts of semiconductors and logic circuits and is beneficial for every first year students from circuital as well as non-circuital branches.
