IFA Residential Services FZE (IFA RS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of IFA Hotels & Resorts, an international developer of five-star mixed-use resorts and the largest foreign investor on Dubais iconic Palm Jumeirah. In 2010, IFA RS was established to provide operational management services to commercial and residential developments under the Groups Develop, Build, Own and Manage model. Today, IFA Residential Services offers a fully integrated range of facility, property and project management services on both a contract and an individual basis, with separate business streams serving each sector. IFA RS operates freely in the market and currently has a number of contracts under management. Bridging the two sides of the business led the group to come up with its communication platform: Public Places, Private Spaces.
