Pioneering in factoring financing, PT. IFS Capital Indonesia (IFSI) was incorporated in Jakarta in 1990 under the name of PT. Niaga Factoring Corporation (NFC) as a joint venture company between PT. Bank Niaga Tbk, PT Usaha Sarana Sejati, and IFS Capital Limited. IFS Capital Limited became major shareholder in November 2005 and changed IFSIs name to PT. IFS Capital Indonesia on June 14, 2007. As part of multinational group of company, IFSI specializes in Factoring, Leasing, and Property Based Loan services for small and medium enterprises in Indonesia. The factoring services include domestic and international factoring as well recourse and non-recourse factoring.
