Istanbul Kultur Sanat Vakf (IKSV), kar amac gutmeyen bir sivil toplum kurulusu olarak Istanbulda uluslararas sanat festivalleri duzenlemek amacyla 1973 ylnda Dr. Nejat F. Eczacbas onderligindeki 17 isadam ve sanatsever tarafndan kuruldu. IKSV, amaclar dogrultusunda Turkiye ve yurtdsnda duzenledigi festival ve etkinliklerin yan sra geleneksel sanat ve kulturel mirasn korunmas, farkl disiplinlerde sanatsal uretimin saglanmas ve kultur politikalarnn gelistirilmesi konularnda calsr. - The Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (IKSV) was founded in 1973 with the goal of offering the Turkish public opportunities to experience the finest examples of cultural and artistic production from around the world and learn about new initiatives and movements.
