Illinois Agricultural Leadership Foundation

Since 1981, the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Foundation has earned a reputation as being one of the best programs in the country as confirmed by the ag leadership positions attained by its graduates. It is viewed as the MBA of agriculture. It is a two-year graduate level program open to Illinois men and women (25 - 49 yrs of age) who are already engaged in various business segments of agriculture. The mission is to prepare them to become effective spokespersons, leaders and policy and decision makers in the ag industry. Class participants are chosen through a comprehensive competitive selection process. The program addresses relevant topics and issues in a series of dynamic seminars led by leaders in their field of expertise.
