Our services include supervision of installation, startup, trouble shooting, equipment tuning, post startup service, and consulting as required. These services are provided on a per diem or contract basis and are marketed to original equipment manufacturers, sales agents, and end-user customers. Nothing is more frustrating and counter productive than having service engineers on-site who are sitting on their hands waiting for authority from their company to purchase parts or services locally that could immediately solve a problem. If the situation demands it, our customer service engineers have the power to engage local contractors and have total purchasing authority.
