Ilorin University Medical Students Association (ILUMSA)

ILUMSA, the Ilorin University Medical Students Association is the umbrella body for all medical students of the Better by far University, University of Ilorin. We were founded in the year 1978 and the association today is making giant strides throughout the medical community both at home and abroad. The aims of the association are as follows: - a. To cater to and protect the welfare and general interest of its members b. To promote and broaden the academic experience of the members c. To maintain contact with and cooperate with other bodies of identical interest. d. To coordinate opinions and thoughts in the field of medicine, whilst encouraging its members to publish articles of medical interest. e. To contribute towards the improvement of health conditions in the community by taking part in as many projects as the association can conveniently undertake.
