iMDS (iMedia Digital Services - a division of IV Media, LLC) operates a programmatic ad exchange and SSP, digital media consultancy and white-glove adops managed services agency serving MVPDs and ISPs, and Float Left, a premium OTT solutions provider and app development studio. iMDS was originally formed in 2021 from Synacors SSP and Portal Advertising business segment, and Float Left though acquisitions made by iMedia Brands, Inc., the parent company of home shopping networks ShopHQ and 1-2-3.tv GmbH, as well as luxury apparel brands Christopher & Banks and J.W. Hulme.
