Imhoff Waldorf School

Founded in 1996, our beautiful school is located in Kommetjie near Cape Point at the tip of South Africa. We are a not-for-profit, co-educational and non-denominational school, and our parents and teachers come from all cross sections of society, supporting 300 pupils from Toddlers to High School Matriculants (ages 2-19) . To support inclusiveness, we have structured our fees so they are affordable to parents from a diverse range of socio-economic backgrounds. The School serves the communities of the far Southern Cape Peninsula, including the communities of Masiphumelele and Ocean View. We also support a creche in Masiphumelele by mentoring the teachers, supporting their feeding scheme and offering craft materials. Currently some 10% of our 300 or so enrolments are 100% sponsored, either by third parties or from the current fee paying parent body.
