Impact Expansion is an impact investing fund manager, sponsored by KOIS, a pioneer in impact investing focused on Healthcare, Education & the Environment, targeting fast growing companies with high impact to support them in the scaling of their business and impact. We are convinced that market returns can be achieved together with positive measurable impact. Our Fund was certified Article 9 under EU SFDR by EY in May 2022. The strategy is founded and managed by a team of seasoned investors, coming from both the impact and the non-impact space. The partners emanate from KOIS and from Milestone Investisseurs, a seasoned pan-European Private Equity investor with a focus on value creation via buy-and-build strategies.
