Independent Model Management, better known as IMM, was founded in 2010 by Ekaterina Sanchez and Natasha Fleming, but since January 2020, only Natasha is managing the company. We are a highly experienced Costa Rican boutique mother agency, that discovers, develops and places models in the best modeling agencies around the world; and for the last 14 years we have been forerunners and the biggest modeling agency in Costa Rica and Latin America, in managing, representing, and placing models in the most prominent fashion capitals in the world
