The founder of M/S Indian Steel Traders was late S.M. Ahamed. He founded our parent company M/S S.M. Ahamed in the year 1950 and started the trade business in the field of Iron & Steel industry. In the year 1964 under his management he started M/S Indian Steel Traders which started trading products like CTD bars, M.S. Wires, M.S. Rods and other structural products. S.M.A. MD. Saleem the third son of S.M. Ahamed took over the management in the year 1980. Since then the company has excelled in the sector of Iron & Steel trading throughout Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry for the past decades. The primitive focus of Indian steel Traders shifted to TMT bars, Cements & Structural products catering the trade sector and Building & Construction Industry under the guidance of S.M.A.MD. Saleem.
