The Indian Women in International Arbitration (IWIA) is a community of Indian women passionate about promoting and advancing the participation of Indian women in international arbitration. The IWIA was founded in 2023 by Niyati Ahuja with the aim of breaking down barriers and building greater diversity in the field of international dispute resolution. The IWIA is committed to creating a platform for Indian women to connect, learn, and advance their careers in international arbitration. Our mission is to empower women to take on leadership roles in this field, promote greater gender diversity, and foster a supportive community that encourages women to thrive.
