Indigenous Growth Limited (IGL) was founded by Michael Moka in 2013. Previously he was involved in the Executive Education Team at the University of Auckland, Business School. Michael identified a big gap in the market where there wasnt an organisation prepared to target Indigenous front line workers to succeed as Indigenous people. IGL was created to provide Indigenous people with practical tools to allow them to thrive in whatever area they choose to succeed in while acknowledging and enhancing their Indigenous way of being. Few if any Managers would dispute the fact that all business comes down to people business....
