Indus Security Services (PVT) Limited was founded in April 2003 by Lt. Col Muhammad Khalid Khan. It was granted NOC, to operate as a Private Security Agency, by Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, vide H.O. NO 4/69/8001 Security -3 dated 9th August 2002, and registered by Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in September 2002, vide Certificate of Incorporation Number K-009016 of 2002-2003 dated 17th September 2002 (New CUIN Registration Number being 0044400). Thereafter, the provincial governments issued licenses to operate as private security agencies, in respective provinces, as under: a.
