INERGE

The National Institute of Science and Technology in Electric Energy, INERGE, is a research institute under the seal of CAPES, CNPq and FAPEMIG, formed by a group of researchers from the Federal Universities of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), Itajuba (UNIFEI), Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Fluminense (UFF), Sao Joao del Rei (UFSJ) and ABC (UFABC). The institute was created to act mainly in the area of Electric Energy through the development of scientific and technological research with high-quality standards to compete at an international level through international cooperation. - Research lines - Research line 1: Planning, Operation, and Control of Intelligent Electric Grids.
