We at B3 Init have a culture that is permeated by continuous learning and cohesion. We help each other to develop with activities such as internal and external technology seminars, education, cultural and social activities as well as ongoing external monitoring. In 2021, we were ranked as Swedens third best workplace according to Great Place to Work. We believe that if everyone is given space to be themselves, we will also increase compassion and everyone will be better off in their own right.
