Initiative for Climate Action

The Initiative for Climate Action (ICA) is a non-profit company with a vision to catalyze, enable and accelerate low-carbon and zero-carbon futures of justice and sustainability. We see ourselves as a community of collaborators, orchestrators, enablers, problem solvers, transformation agents, thinkers, dreamers, doers and everything else it takes to build a better world for all. We have an initial focus on India and an affinity to the city of Bangalore where we are headquartered. We combine contextual research with high-impact action on the ground through an innovative portfolio of clustered experiments for system change. We advise leaders, build ecosystems, foster collaboration, accelerate innovation, promote learning, and enable transformation.
