Innovation is the core of what we do here at Virginia Tech. This is apparent in our approach to entrepreneurship. We give students the tools and skills they need to be successful in whatever career path they choose but always with the Innovation mindset at the forefront. Innovate Living Learning Community approaches entrepreneurship by providing a space for learning, collaboration, and creativity through transdisciplinary experiential programming. Students from all backgrounds and interests commit to live in the Creativity and Innovation District for one academic year and take part in entrepreneurship training, workshops, treks, mentorship, and more. Innovate provides a safe space to explore the idea of entrepreneurship by working in teams, developing solutions to problems, innovating on ideas, and then launching... with success or by failing fast and moving forward.
