INRAE BIA

BIA (Biopolymers Interactions Assemblies) is a research unit of INRAE, part of the Transform division. It employs around 200 people, half of whom are permanent INRAE staff and the other half short-term contract staff (including PhD students and post-docs). BIAs research aims to reinvent the use of bioresources to design foods and materials that meet environmental, climate and global health challenges.
