The Institut national du sport du Quebec (INS Quebec) is the embodiment of the Ingenuity behind the performance, as a specialist in human performance, with a focus on science, innovation and technology. INS Quebec offers scientific, medical-sports and professional services, as well as cutting-edge solutions powered by seasoned experts and strategic partners. The INS Quebec and its network support more than 550 high-level athletes - mainly members of Canadian teams - nearly 2,000 next-generation athletes and some 900 coaches. It is a member of the Canadian Olympic and Paralympic Sport Institutes Network (COPSIN) and coordinates a pan-Quebec network currently comprising eight regional multi-sport training centres and seven single-sport training centres.
