Our program is designed to enrich the emotional health and well-being of our clients by combining evidenced-based therapies with expressive processing groups. Inspire also focuses on topics related to the experiences of LGBTQ+ addicts and alcoholics. We combine 12 Step recovery with responsive coaching and apply a strong emphasis on practical wellness that includes an on-site nutritionist, Tai chi, yoga and weekly meditation.
