Inspiring Educators

Inspiring Educators (IE) is a pioneer in the education sector providing innovative and diverse opportunities for educations leaders to grow as present, passionate and empowering professionals to lift up their schools and communities. IE strives to dramatically improve student outcomes in underserved communities by building the capacity of leaders to establish and maintain positive school culture, to promote educational equity, and to inspire their communities. We leverage techniques of the theatre to enhance leadership presence. With principals, we dramatically increase their ability to engage staff, teachers, parents, students, and boards in the mission of the school. With school leadership teams, we hone coaching skills so that they can develop their staff to their fullest potential.
