Institute of Food Technology - FINS

Institute of Food Technology (FINS) is one of the leading research institutes in the field of food and feed science and technology and dissemination of knowledge in Serbia and South Eastern Europe. The Institute started to work as an independent institution in 2007, and it is established based on the 50 years long tradition and experience of preceding institutions. It has more than 60 young and experienced researchers engaged in national and international projects. The Institute is a member of various international organizations and platforms: FOODForce, Food for Life, ISEKI, EFFOST, IFIF, EUFETEC, Animal Task Force, and others.
