Institute of Learning

The institute of learning is an organization that is interested in fostering and growing the education skills and leadership skills of students and teachers from the K-12 and to the college level. We hope to act as a supplement to the learning process. We want those who are willing to learn to grow and use what they have been given to encourage others. Here, at the Institute of Learning, one of our goals is to further the knowledge of our generation inside and outside the classroom. How can we do this? Well, it starts with finding a practical love of the subject. This may be math, science, reading, cooking, social work, arts, music or any other passion. One of the many ways this will happen is with Job Shadowing Program. The student shadows someone (doctor, engineer, dentist, hair specialist, professor, high school teacher, etc.) for about 5 days to truly see if that career is what they thought it was.
