Institute of Management in Government (IMG), with its headquarters in Thiruvananthapuram and Regional Centres in Kochi and Kozhikode, is an autonomous body under the Government of Kerala. Capacity-building among public servants for better service delivery is IMGs prime objective. Towards its vision to facilitate pursuit of excellence in governance, IMG offers programmes to develop managerial skills, organizational abilities, leadership qualities and decision-making skills among all categories of Government employees.
