Institute of Numerical Modelling

The Institute is part of the University of Latvia, Faculty of Science and Technology. The aim of the Institute is to promote physics-oriented applied research of environmental processes for the needs of Latvian and European industry, as well as to train highly qualified specialists in the mentioned fields. The Institute is funded by research projects and programs of the European Union and Latvian Council of Science, international cooperation projects and other industrial clients, as well as state government funds.
