About us: the Colombian National Cancer Institute The Colombian National Cancer Institute was created in 1934 and for over seven decades it has been committed to the provision of a comprehensive approach to prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and research of cancer in the Colombian population. The Institute is located at calle 1 No. 9-85, in Bogota, Colombia, where over 150 medical specialists and a comprehensive team of allied health professionals provide cancer care in the form of surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, or combinations of these and other treatments.
