Instituto Perene

Instituto Perene is a non-profit, non-governmental organization founded on 2007 with the objective of developing socio-environmental sustainability projects in rural communities. With the involvement of new funders and community leaders who believed in the purposes of Perene, the projects were expanded to the states of Tocantins, Goias and the Federal District. From the beginning, the actions are based on a tripod that unites environmental conservation, sustainable livelihoods and eco-efficient kitchens, the latter being the basis that sustains most of the actions.
