Integrate Autism Employment Advisors is a non-profit that works with organizations to identify, recruit and retain professionals on the autism spectrum. Our goal is inclusive competitive employment opportunities for autistic individuals. We do this by helping employers identify and hire employees they may not typically consider, but are a perfect fit for their hiring needs. These employees bring unique skill sets and talents to the job and deliver superior outcomes for their employers. Approximately 35% of individuals on the autism spectrum go on to college, yet current estimates suggest the unemployment/under-employment rate for this population is between 75% and 85%.
