At IntelliCulture, we lower the cost of farming through hard data. We offer a hardware equipment logger to capture data from farm equipment and broadcast it to our cloud database. From there, we identify inefficiencies, recommend corrections and help advise crucial spending decisions. Immediately, our focus is on idle reduction and route planning - two features that were prioritized based on interviews with farmers. These folks were very concerned with fuel costs of their operation, and these initial features provide the data necessary to save fuel costs on their farms. As we aggregate operational data, we will be able to advise operational patterns on a monthly basis, and capital spending decisions on a year-or-more time horizon.
