As a Managed Services Provider, for many of our clients we are the IT Department available as and when required. We take care of the IT infrastructure so they can take care of their business. A feature of our Managed Services solution is a routine weekly or fortnightly by one of our engineers. Aside from the convenience for our clients of having us onsite, these visits ensure we are familiar with our clients operations and staff. Some of our clients are large enough to warrant a full time in-house IT support team, and in those cases we assist with consulting, monitoring, helpdesk and overload support and special projects
